Who we are
Sanchez Detailing is a mobile auto-detailing business based in Valencia County, New Mexico (Los Lunas & Belen). This policy explains what information we collect through sanchezmobiledetailing.com and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Booking details: name, phone, email, service address, vehicle info, appointment notes.
- Payment details: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account info (admin only): email and password hash for the admin dashboard.
- Basic technical data: standard server/browser info needed to load the site.
How we use it
- Schedule, confirm, and service your appointment.
- Send booking confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
- Contact you about your appointment (text, call, or email).
- Keep records required for tax and business operations.
What we will never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
- Share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
- Send you marketing from third parties.
Who handles your data
We use a small set of trusted service providers strictly to run the business:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase / Lovable Cloud — database and authentication hosting.
- Google (Gmail API) — sending booking and invoice emails.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security policies. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable industry-standard safeguards.
Retention
We keep booking and invoice records as long as needed for service history, warranty, and tax purposes. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time (see below) and we will remove what we're not legally required to keep.
Your choices
- Request a copy of the information we have about you.
- Request corrections or deletion.
- Opt out of non-essential messages (we'll still send appointment-related communication).
